Based on your individual situation, we will use nervous system regulation, mindset and energy tools/techniques/approaches. 

This can be a Nervous System Reset with a Neurological Fitness™ Exercises and an NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) Protocol, Hypnosis, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) or shifting & uncovering subconscious beliefs that are currently blocking you.

Meet Your Coach

My name is Regine and I am a nervous system regulation expert and mindset, & manifestation coach! 

I empower high achievers, ambitious empaths, and people-pleasers to consciously heal, rewire, and thrive so that they can create an aligned life they LOVE while ditching exhaustion, overwhelm, procrastination, and feeling unworthy.

I was born in Germany yet as a location-independent digital nomad, I live all around the world (my favorite parts of this earth are South & Central America). 

If I am not at the beach or taking salsa classes, you can find me at the gym!
