and this is the story of why I became a coach:
I've always reached for the stars and was willing to put in whatever it takes to manifest my dreams into reality.
After having worked in several Berlin-based startups where I was chasing the version of success and happiness that I thought I ought to attain as an ambitious woman with big dreams, the main thing I ended up with was burnout and depression.
From the outside, my life looked great:
Had a high responsibility job, my own apartment, was physically in great shape - doesn't sound like anything to complain about, right?
Yet on the inside, I felt unhappy, unfulfilled, and empty - not the type of "success" I hoped to get from working 60h+ weeks. So I thought: Is THIS everything that is to life? There has to be more!
I went on my own personal & spiritual journey, unsubscribed from hustle culture, and waved hello to my own version of creating a happy life that I am excited about. I made it my mission to empower other ambitious dreamers to do the same so that we can ultimately contribute to raising the human consciousness by living our own version of success, happiness, and fulfillment.
My specialties are working with the subconscious mind, manifestation, nervous system regulation, confidence creation & energy management. Some of my favorite tools for re-programming you for success are Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), EFT Tapping, hypnotherapy, TIME techniques, challenges, and using frequencies.

I live what I preach:
I've always been in love with exploring our wonderful earth and going on adventures. After working and studying all around the world a seed was planted inside of me.
Years ago, living a location independent life that allows me to travel the world and work from any place that I desire, has only been statements that I wrote on my journal and a collection of some random Instagram images that I printed and hung up my wall.
In 2020 I gave up my Berlin apartment, sold my furniture & belongings, and am now able to work from anywhere in the world with my laptop.
As I am typing these lines, I am sitting in beautiful Playa del Carmen in sunny Mexico! While it's freezing cold in my home country Germany.
So yes: I do believe to the deepest core of my being that your dreams can become a reality because I am living proof of that.
