Receive personalized recommendations to support your nervous system. Prior to the session, you will fill out a form that allows me to choose exercises based on your current state. In the session, we will do 2-3 exercises together.

My recommendation is that you do at least one 90min Nervous System Reset Session before starting with the 45min sessions so that I can give you more context and we can initiate deeper healing by doing the 30min NSDR protocol. Yet this is not mandatory.
